2020 PRS is approaching. June 6-9 formation clinic and PRS 10-13. The hotel of choice this year is the Nugget and the contact info is at the bottom of the message. Please get these in ASAP..don’t wait.
Deadline for all entries and documents is Wednesday, 5:00pm PST, April 15, 2020.

1) Please Read First – Instructions for filling out the application – page by page. This is important as it states what areas need to be completed.
2) Payment Authorization Form – All participants need to fill this out unless they are paying by cash or check.
